Board & Train Program

A Premium, Immersive Training Experience

My Board & Train program is designed for owners who want more than basic obedience — they want a calm, confident, well-mannered dog they can truly enjoy living with.

This is a highly personalized, immersive training experience where your dog lives in my home and becomes part of a structured daily routine designed to create meaningful, lasting behavior change.

This program is ideal for:

A Calm Home Environment — Not a Kennel

Unlike large kennel-style training facilities, your dog will stay in a calm home environment — not isolated in a noisy row of kennels surrounded by constant barking and overstimulation.

This difference matters.

By living inside a structured home setting, your dog learns how to:

  • Relax calmly indoors
  • Follow household expectations and boundaries
  • Develop better impulse control and decision-making
  • Practice appropriate behavior in real-life situations
  • Build confidence through clear communication and guidance

Because training is integrated throughout the entire day, dogs are able to learn naturally through consistency, structure, repetition, and real-world experience.

Real-World Socialization & Exposure

One of the most valuable parts of my program is that training extends far beyond obedience sessions.

Your dog is safely exposed to everyday environments, people, distractions, and social situations to help build confidence, neutrality, and reliability in the real world.

Depending on your dog's temperament and training goals, this may include:

  • Structured outings to pet-friendly stores and public environments
  • Learning how to remain calm around people and distractions
  • Exposure to new sights, sounds, surfaces, and situations
  • Socialization with stable dogs, including my own dogs
  • Controlled interactions with select boarding dogs in my care

This type of exposure helps dogs learn how to exist calmly and appropriately in everyday life — not just perform commands in a training setting.

What Your Dog May Learn

Each program is tailored to your dog's individual needs, but training commonly includes:

The Transition Home Is Just as Important

A well-trained dog is only part of the equation — owner education is what makes the results last.

All Board & Train programs include two complimentary follow-up sessions to help ensure a smooth transition once your dog returns home.

During these sessions, I teach you how to:

  • Maintain structure and consistency
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with your dog
  • Continue reinforcing calm behavior at home
  • Successfully maintain your dog's progress long term

My goal is not simply to train your dog for you —

It's to help create lasting results and a better relationship between you and your dog.

Follow-Up Session 1 • At Pick-Up

The first session takes place at pick-up, where I walk you through your dog's training, handling, structure, commands, and expectations so you feel confident continuing everything at home.

Follow-Up Session 2 • One Week Later

The second follow-up session takes place approximately one week later to fine-tune any issues, answer questions, and help reinforce consistency as your dog settles back into your routine.

For clients who live farther away, the follow-up session is held at my home.

Vacation Boarding with Optional Training Add-On

I also offer premium in-home vacation boarding in a calm, structured environment.

For owners wanting their dog to maintain structure and obedience while away, training sessions can be added during boarding for an additional fee. This option is ideal for maintaining progress and routines, though it is not a replacement for a full Board & Train program.

If you're looking for a premium Board & Train experience in Georgetown, Texas that focuses on real-life behavior, calmness, confidence, and lasting transformation in a home environment — I'd love to help.

Lasting real-world results.
